Bring your own lunch, I will provide a snack.
We will be making this beautiful berry basket.
Use as a purse, berry picking basket or a fabulous gift.
You will start with a wood base and reed spokes, then will learn to chase weave the sides of the basket, level the top, insert special made ears for the handle, and complete the rim. Lastly, add a custom made adjustable leather strap for carrying.
Linda will bring all the tools and materials, demonstrate, teach you weaving techniques and guide you while you weave your basket.
